We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it to us.

Our return policy is extremely flexible and customer friendly.

A full refund will be issued to the customer on the following terms -

• If a wrong/different product has been dispatched from our end.
• If the product is received in a broken condition.

However, if the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor and you wish to return the product, a shipping fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from the orders to arrange for your return pickup.

Please Note :

• For our products which are hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.

• No refunds will be entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or mobile number. The customer is advised to kindly double verify their contact information at the time of placing the order.

• Orders consisting of more than 10 units of the same product will be categorised as bulk orders and are ineligible for a refund. In case the customer is unsure of the quality of the product, they are advised to first purchase it in a smaller quantity.

Please Note : Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance by the customer at the doorstep. For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders.

1. Trim the Wick: Trim the candle wick to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent excessive soot and uneven burning.
2. Burn Time: Allow candles to burn long enough for the entire surface to melt, ensuring an even burn and preventing tunneling.
3. Avoid Drafts: Keep candles away from drafts to prevent uneven burning and soot buildup.
4. Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
5. Extinguish Properly: Use a snuffer or gently blow out the candle to avoid hot wax splatter.
6. Keep it Clean: Remove debris and trimmings from the wax pool to maintain a clean burn.
7. Store Candles Safely: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to prevent color fading and sweating.
8. Be Mindful: Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
