How Do I Make A Purchase? 

Browse through all our collections: Candles, Pillar candles, Jar Candles, Tea Light candles & Votives. Once you have found an item, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the ‘Review’ link at the top of the page. You can use the ‘Remove from Box’ link to delete items from your cart. If you wish to continue browsing, click on ‘Continue Shopping’ button. To complete your order, click on ‘Check Out’ button.

 

How much time will it take for me to receive my order?

All our products get dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse. It will take 3-5 working days after dispatch to reach your place.

Incase it is a Cash-on-Delivery order, our team will initially get in touch with you on phone within 12 hours to confirm the order and your address and only then, will dispatch the order.

 

Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order? 

No.  You can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. Also to be able to buy, you can continue as guest or set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Lighthaus account:

– Track your orders and review past purchases.

– Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

Our scented candles stand out from our competition as we only use the finest imported raw ingredients, which we source from a variety of international Vendors. Each Lighthaus candle boasts a rich, powerful scent as each of our candles contains a much higher dosage of fragrance, than an average candle in the market.

Better yet, we only use the highest quality customised Wax blends and Fragrances, approved by major global inspection and certification companies, to create our scented candles.

So you can expect your candle to burn brighter, cleaner and longer than your average candle. Each of our beautiful candles is hand poured and designed to be aesthetically pleasing and to add a little extra glamour to your home. After all, when you arrive home after a busy day, there’s nothing better than lighting a scented candle and reclining on your favourite chair.

Are Scented Candles Safe? 

Absolutely, Yes. When a candle burns, the wax is drawn into the wick, where it is “consumed” by the candle flame to produce water vapor and carbon dioxide. The only difference with a scented candle is that a small amount of fragrance is released as well.
Lighthaus only uses fragrances that are created by the most preferred French and American Fragrance houses which follow the most stringent international standards. Our ardent team also carefully monitors the addition of fragrance to ensure that the candle will burn in the cleanest manner.

How Long Should I burn A Candle? 

Maximum burn times vary from candle to candle. Lighthaus always mentions the respective Burn Time, Instructions & Warnings on the base of every Candle. Always trim the wick of the candle to 1/4″ prior to lighting it. Always extinguish a candle if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when 2 inches of wax remains (½ inch if it is a container candle or a jar candle). 

What Wicks Are Used In Lighthaus Candles? 

We strictly refrain from using Lead wicks in any of our Candle Products.

All our wicks are imported from Leading Cotton Wick manufacturers in Germany and Italy.

Each blend of wax is matched with a Wick of a different thread count. This ensures the cleanest and most efficient burning and long burning hours of our candles.

What Payment Methods Does Lighthaus Accept? 

We accept payments via Debit, Credit, Master, Maestro, American express Visa and Net Banking through Indian banks. For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery. Bank transfers are accepted upon special request.

If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at support@Lighthaus.com and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

Can I add items to an existing order? 

Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched it. If we have already dispatched your package you will need to make a new order.

How will I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted? 

After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

What are cookies? Should I be worried about them? 

A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer’s hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your candle, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. They are designed to assist your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about. Most browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies, but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features of our website, including the ability to purchase items.

Registered customers who have cookies enabled will be automatically recognized when they visit Lighthaus – your name will appear in a welcome message at the top left hand corner of the website.

When you proceed to purchase you will be prompted to enter your email address and password and review your shipping and payment details before completing your order.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay? 

VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.

For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of VAT wherever applicable.
